Trust & Standards
We comply with Texas building codes and OSHA safety standards. Every project is based on a written estimate with scope, price, and payment terms. In Texas, an accepted estimate (signature, email approval, or deposit) is legally binding. Ocarrol LLC isn’t responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or weather/third-party delays. Any extra work requires a revised estimate and your approval. All projects include a workmanship warranty.
Service area: Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas; other parts of Texas (small travel fee outside the Metroplex).
