In Texas, an accepted estimate (signature, email approval, or deposit) is legally binding. Ocarrol LLC isn’t responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or weather/third-party delays. Any extra work requires a revised estimate and your approval. All projects include a workmanship warranty.
